At the Gemshorn Guesthouse, we bridge cultures. Our chefs are inspired by traditional Tyrolean, Czech and international cuisine. Both, lovers of the classics and those who like to experiment and try traditional local dishes, will be in for a treat.
Half board
For our hotel guests, a half board is offered. This includes a soup, a salad buffet, and a choice of two main meals. One meat and one vegetarian dish.
A La Carte
The restaurant is open to the public and guests in the afternoon and evening. It is therefore possible to taste specialties from the A La Carte menu.
Homemade Italian Pizza
We are not far from the Italian border! Therefore to interlace the two cultures, we prepare delicious homemade pizza based on the recipe of our Italian friend and pizza maker "Maci".
Breakfast
A breakfast buffet is always included in the stay. Even for one-night stays.
Traditional Tyrolean cuisine
Our cuisine is inspired by traditional Tyrolean cuisine. You can therefore look forward to specialties such as Käsespätzle, Germknödel or a proper Schnitzel.
We honor special diets
At Gemshorn we honor the special requirements of our guests. Neither celiac nor vegan are going to stay hungry. Just let us know in advance!
Connecting cultures.
The restaurant is open to all guests and offers traditional Tyrolean specialties or delicious homemade pizza. We serve local Zillertal beer or the Czech classic, Pilsner Urquell. There is also a dining room set for hotel guests with half board in the guesthouse.
